Welcome to AlQudra Sports Equipment These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of alqudra.sa, including the purchase of products and services offered through the website.

By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About AlQudra

AlQudra Sports Equipment supplies fitness and sports equipment to customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Throughout these Terms, “AlQudra,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AlQudra Sports Equipment “You” and “your” refer to the website visitor, account holder, or customer.

2. Eligibility to Use the Website

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or place an order. A person under 18 may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. You are also responsible for all activity performed through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Please notify AlQudra promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably suspect unauthorised, fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.

4. Product Information and Availability

We aim to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colours, images, prices, and availability. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, product updates, manufacturing changes, or photography.

All products are subject to availability. We may update, replace, limit, or discontinue a product at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, revised delivery schedule, or refund.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product measurements, power requirements, installation requirements, intended use, and site-access conditions before ordering.

5. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on alqudra.sa are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Prices include Value Added Tax where applicable, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Delivery, installation, assembly, access-related charges, and other service fees may be added where applicable. Any additional charges will be shown or communicated before the order is confirmed.

We may change prices or promotions at any time. A price change will not affect an order that AlQudra has already accepted, except where the displayed price resulted from an obvious technical or typographical error.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted. After you place an order, you may receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. The order becomes binding when AlQudra confirms acceptance or begins fulfilment.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Incorrect pricing or product information;

  • Payment failure or suspected fraud;

  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer details;

  • Delivery or installation limitations; or

  • Suspected misuse of a promotion or the website.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the eligible amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment channel.

7. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed in Saudi Riyals unless otherwise stated during checkout.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that sufficient funds or credit are available. AlQudra may conduct reasonable verification checks before accepting or fulfilling an order.

Customers should retain their order confirmation, invoice, payment record, and applicable policies for future reference.

Where instalment or deferred-payment options are displayed, approval, payment schedules, fees, and eligibility may be subject to the terms shown during checkout.

8. Delivery, Installation, and Site Access

Delivery and installation availability, charges, and estimated timeframes depend on the product, quantity, destination, building access, and service requirements. Any delivery date or timeframe is an estimate unless AlQudra confirms otherwise in writing.

You must provide a correct delivery address, active contact details, and accurate information about site access. Before delivery or installation, you must ensure that:

  • The delivery route, doors, lifts, stairways, and final placement area are accessible and suitable;

  • The floor and surrounding area can safely support the equipment;

  • Required electrical connections and utilities are ready; and

  • Any building permits, access approvals, or time restrictions have been arranged.

Additional fees may apply if delivery or installation cannot be completed because of inaccurate information, restricted access, unsafe conditions, customer absence, or a requested change after dispatch.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon completed delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Ownership remains with AlQudra until full payment has been received.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect the packaging, product, quantity, and visible condition at the time of delivery. Any visible shortage, incorrect item, or damage should be recorded on the delivery document and reported to AlQudra as soon as reasonably possible, together with the order number and clear supporting photographs where available.

Signing a delivery document does not remove any rights available to you under applicable law.

10. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to the applicable policy published on alqudra.sa and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Return eligibility may depend on the product’s condition, packaging, installation status, hygiene considerations, customisation, order type, and the reason for return. Products made to order, customised, assembled, installed, or used may be subject to restrictions to the extent permitted by law.

Approved refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment channel and transaction status. Delivery, installation, assembly, and collection charges may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law and where the relevant service has already been performed.

Nothing in these Terms limits a customer’s statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, misdescribed, or non-conforming products.

11. Warranties and After-Sales Support

Warranty coverage varies by product and may be subject to the manufacturer’s or AlQudra’s stated warranty terms. The applicable warranty period, coverage, exclusions, and service procedure will be provided with the product, invoice, product page, quotation, or warranty document.

Warranty coverage may not apply to damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised modification or repair, incorrect installation by an unauthorised party, abnormal commercial use, poor maintenance, unsuitable storage, electrical issues, accidents, or normal wear and tear, to the extent permitted by law.

You may be required to provide proof of purchase, the product serial number, photographs, videos, or other reasonable information so that AlQudra can assess a warranty or service request.

12. Safe and Proper Use

Fitness and sports equipment must be assembled, installed, maintained, and used according to the instructions and intended purpose. Users should inspect equipment regularly, keep children supervised, observe weight and usage limits, and stop using any product that appears damaged or unsafe.

You are responsible for ensuring that users receive suitable instruction and, where appropriate, professional guidance before using the equipment.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, bundles, gifts, and discount codes are subject to their stated validity period, availability, eligibility, and product exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to a completed order.

AlQudra may withdraw or correct a promotion where there is an obvious error, misuse, fraud, or technical issue, subject to applicable law.

14. Acceptable Use

You must not use alqudra.sa to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;

  • Commit or attempt fraud or submit false information;

  • Interfere with the website’s security, performance, or operation;
