What happens if I return my entire order?
If your complete order is returned and the refund is approved, AlQudra will process the refund according to its refund policy. The payment provider will then update or cancel the remaining installment payments and refund any amounts already paid, where applicable.
Why do I see more than one transaction or payment notification?
During the payment authorization process, your bank or card issuer may temporarily display an authorization or verification transaction. This does not necessarily mean that you have been charged twice.
