Introducing the World’s First Center Cable Design with 3x3 Uprights

Force USA® built the original All-In-One Trainer. Then we changed the game with the first center cable system. Now, we’ve taken it even further with the Force USA C20 — engineered with 3x3 uprights, heavy-duty 11-gauge steel, 1-inch holes, and upgradable weight stacks. Overbuilt? Absolutely. That’s the point.

Freestyle pulley arms move up, down, in, and out on upright trolleys with a smooth 2:1 ratio, while dual 200 lb weight stacks (upgradeable to 300 lb) power the center cable system through precision aluminum pulleys. Upper pulleys give you 1:1 and 2:1 ratios for true 90° lat pulldowns, while the lower pulleys deliver 1:2 and 1:1 ratios for low rows and more.

But here’s the real breakthrough: the patent-pending Sliding Bench. It locks into the lower pulleys to deliver up to 600 lb of cable resistance for leg presses, hack squats, and full leg training — all in one compact, versatile system.
