Returns

Our products may be eligible for return within 24 hours of receiving the order, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original packaging.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must not have been damaged or modified after delivery.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
• The return must be approved by AlQudra Sports Equipment before the product is shipped or returned.

AlQudra Sports Equipment reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the requirements of this policy.

Return Shipping

Shipping charges related to returning a product are generally non-refundable.

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping and transportation costs.

The customer is also responsible for the product until it is safely received by AlQudra Sports Equipment.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will generally be processed within 10 to 45 business days, depending on the payment provider and the customer's issuing bank.

Please note that the actual time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately after receiving the order.

Please contact info@alqudra.sa and provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and the issue.

Our team will review the case and determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund, where applicable.

Sale Items

Sale, discounted, promotional, and clearance items are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their order within 24 hours of completing the payment, provided that the order has not already been dispatched or processed for delivery.

To request a cancellation, please contact info@alqudra.sa and provide:

• Order number
• Proof of payment or transaction receipt
• Cancellation request

If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Please allow up to 45 business days for the refund to be completed, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
